The issue with Teslemetry's access to the Tesla Energy APIs is ongoing, and Tesla still has not responded to our support request or emails. We appreciate everyone's patience as we quickly deployed the "Teslemetry for Energy" workaround and subsequent changes to OAuth connections to ensure the workaround is in place.

We would like to offer all impacted customers a 5-day subscription extension, which can be claimed at https://teslemetry.com/console/energy-compensation

The North America backend issue have stabilised and changes have been implemented to help mitigate these issues in the future.

This issue appears to have resolved itself overnight.
